Lionel Messi menyabet trofi LaLiga untuk kesepuluh kalinya. Secara keseluruhan Messi menambah koleksi gelar menjadi 34 trofi selama di Barcelona.
Barcelona menyabet gelar LaLiga 2018/2019 setelah mengalahkan Levante 1-0 di Camp Nou, Minggu (28/4/2019) dinihari WIB. Gol kemenangan dicetak oleh Messi pada babak kedua.
Dengan tambahan tiga poin ini, Barcelona mengumpulkan 83 poin. Jumlah itu memang bisa disamai oleh Atletico Madrid dengan tiga laga sisa, tapi Blaugrana unggul head-to-head dari LosColchoneros.
Ini menjadi trofi LaLiga ke-26 untuk Barcelona atau yang ke-10 untuk Messi. La Pulga tinggal membutuhkan dua trofi lagi untuk menyamai 12 gelar LaLiga milik Francisco Gento, yang semuannya didapat bersama Real Madrid.
Menurut Marca dan AS, secara total Messi sudah mengoleksi 34 gelar di Barca. Selain 10 gelar LaLiga, Messi memenangi enam Coppa del Rey, delapan Piala Super Spanyol, empat Liga Champions, tiga Piala Super Eropa, dan tiga gelar Piala Dunia Antarklub.
Trofi Messi masih bisa bertambah lagi di musim ini. Barca bakal bertanding di final Coppa del Rey melawan Valencia dan di semifinal Liga Champions jumpa Liverpool.

Dalam satu wadah, campur tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, dan maizena. Aduk rata kemudian ayak. Sisihkan
Siapkan 3 buah loyang bulat dengan diameter 20 cm. Olesi permukaan loyang dengan margarin, alasi dengan kertas roti, kemudian olesi lagi kertas roti dengan margarin. Sisihkan.
Panaskan oven.
Kocok telur, gula, dan emulsifier menggunakan mikser dengan kecepatan tinggi, hingga mengembang dan kental.
Masukkan campuran tepung lalu mikser kembali dengan kecepatan rendah hingga tercampur rata.
Masukkan lelehan mentega kemudian aduk menggunakan spatula.
Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian.
Tuang masing-masing adonan ke dalam loyang.
Masukkan ke dalam oven dan panggang hingga matang dengan suhu 180°C selama 20-25 menit.
Keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan. Setelah benar-benar dingin, baru keluarkan dari loyang.
Ambil satu cake (lapis pertama), basahi permukaannya dengan air bekas rendaman buah cherry hitam hingga lembab. Olesi permukaannya dengan butter cream lalu tata buah cherry hitam (yang sudah dibelah 2) di atasnya.
Taruh cake lagi di atasnya (lapisan kedua). Ulangi langkah di atas. Lakukan hingga ketiga cake sudah ditumpuk (3 lapis kue).
Olesi seluruh permukaan cake dengan butter cream hingga rata dan halus.
Tempelkan coklat serut ke seluruh bagiannya dan hias dengan cherry.
Siap disajikan.
Tips
Pastikan gunakan telur yang benar-benar segar.
Kocok telur, gula, dan emulsifier hingga benar-benar kental.
Ketika menambahkan margarin, aduk menggunakan spatula, jangan menggunakan mikser. (ICA)
